Mandate<\/h3>\n

Complete engineering design for the gantry system, including the development of a 360\u00b0 rotating trolley in compliance with current standards. We also handled overall project coordination, ensuring seamless integration with the client\u2019s existing equipment and adapting the trolley\u2019s electrification system accordingly.<\/p>\n

Challenges<\/h3>\n

This project represented a major technical challenge due to its complexity. The design of the 360\u00b0 electrically powered rotating trolley required a meticulous approach. Adapting the SEW motors and managing cable angles were critical aspects, as was the positioning of the return pulleys, which had to be perfectly aligned with the supplier\u2019s specifications. The entire system was engineered to ensure optimal performance and maximum durability of the rotating trolley.<\/p>\n
