Mandate<\/h3>\n

We were initially commissioned to carry out a feasibility study to solve a key challenge for our client: safely transporting 68\u2019-0\u2019\u2019 steel beams and 48\u2019-0\u2019\u2019 LVL beams to the second floor of their facility. The handling methods previously used by their teams no longer met safety standards.
\nFollowing an in-depth analysis, we received a second mandate to execute a full turnkey project. This included the design of the concrete bases, structure, and lifting devices, as well as the selection and coordination of suppliers responsible for on-site work.<\/p>\n

Challenge<\/h3>\n

The main challenge of this project was ensuring the safe and feasible transport of the steel and wood elements from the exterior of the building up to the second floor. Multiple simulations were performed to confirm that the selected solution precisely met operational needs while respecting the constraints of the existing environment.<\/p>\n
